Since 1986, Alexis MacMillan has worked with clients to produce online, classroom, and blended educational materials. Alexis believes in an instructional design methodology that is learner-centered and based on criterion mastery. During her design work, she provides opportunities for learners to control their own path and pace, engage with practical scenarios and interactions, and learn by doing. At the same time, she works with clients to ensure both organizational and learning objectives are met.
Alexis is a team player and often works with client and vendor teams. She especially loves to team up colleagues to create epic learning programs, interactive media, or something else yet to be discovered.
