Co-founder of The Performance Group in 1993, Denise uses her background in adult education and neuroscience in her roles as project manager, facilitator, and coach.

Denise is committed to building a rapport to share and build tools, insights and inspiration they need to achieve success.  Above all, Denise is a coach – asking provocative questions to bring out each person’s strengths and helping them find the courage to step out of their comfort zone.
