Since 2008, Natasha has developed eLearning visuals and courses alongside skilled Instructional Designers and Multimedia Developers. Learning on the job, she began coordinating the development of eLearning, earned her PMP, and joined The Performance Group in 2023. She has worked extensively with Alexis and is very enthused to collaborate with clients for Coaching, Instructional Design, and Facilitation projects.

In her spare time, you can find Natasha spending time with family, volunteering, and creating multimeda art.
